Grease Free Did you know that cooking gives off millions of microscopic particles of grease that float into the air and can stick to almost any surface through a process called thermal plating? Impressive, isn't it? While this is true for commercial cooking, the same goes for home cooking as well. So what's a person got to do to keep his house grease free?

Having read so much bad press lately about the quality of our drinking water I thought I should do something positive about it. Instead of sitting there and moaning about who's fault it was, or might be, I took personal action and I'm glad I did.
